Privacy statement
Version June 2026. Short and honest, as it should be. This is a courtesy translation; the Dutch version is legally binding.
Who we are
We build websites for entrepreneurs. For privacy questions, email us via the contact page.
How we obtain business data
We only approach businesses (business recipients). The data we use for this, such as business name, address, public phone number and business email address, comes from public sources such as your own website, business directories and map services. We use it with one purpose: to show you a relevant proposal for your business, once. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest (business acquisition), and we keep it limited: a maximum of two messages, then never again.
Prefer not to receive anything?
One reply saying "no thanks" is enough. You are then placed on our internal do-not-contact list and never hear from us again. We process that immediately and automatically. We may keep your email address or domain for this, purely to never contact you again.
What data we process
- Prospects: public business data (name, address, phone number, business email address, website).
- Customers: the data needed to build your site and invoice you: contact details, supplied texts and images, and payment details.
- Visitors of this site: almost nothing. We use no tracking cookies and no ad networks. Our server keeps standard technical log files (such as IP address) for security and troubleshooting.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on our own infrastructure in the Netherlands. We never sell or share it with third parties for marketing. Only parties that are technically required (such as the domain registrar for your domain name) receive what is strictly needed for that.
How long we keep data
- Prospect data: as long as it is current for one approach; after a "no thanks" only on the do-not-contact list.
- Customer data: for as long as you are a customer, plus the legal (fiscal) retention period of 7 years for invoices.
Your rights
You may always request access to what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted (except what we are legally required to keep). Email us and we arrange it within a few working days. If you disagree with something, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
